Due to a recent Microsoft Windows Update (Microsoft KBs KB3186568, KB4022715, KB3191933, KB3141457, KB3191920), some users are experiencing issues when downloading PDF reports from SupplyWEB.

Users are receiving the error “There is no jsp associated with that link. Please check your URL-mappings.”

The only work-around at this time is to use Chrome or Firefox as your browser when working within SupplyWEB.
